Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered – If a purchased service has not yet been initiated.

  • Duplicate Payments – If a client is mistakenly charged more than once.

  • Cancellations Before Work Begins – If a cancellation request is submitted before project work has started.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • Services have already commenced (e.g., campaign setup, design work, or content creation).

  • Delays are caused by the client’s unresponsiveness or incomplete information.

  • Results do not meet expectations due to factors outside our control (e.g., algorithm changes, market conditions).

Refund Request Process

  1. Submit your request via our Contact Page with the subject “Refund Request.”

  2. Include your invoice number, service purchased, and reason for refund.

  3. Our Client Success team will review your request within 5–7 business days and provide a resolution.

Alternative Solutions

We always prioritise finding a solution before processing refunds. Options may include:

  • Service credit toward another Shark Ads Marketing offering.

  • Adjustments or extensions to campaigns.

  • Personalised consultation to address concerns.
